We’ve been really impressed with Marantz MODEL 10 integrated amplifier since receiving it recently and so are excited to now add the 10 Series source products– Link 10n streamer and SACD 10.
Both evolved from the 5-year development and engineering project at Shirakawa Audio Works Japan, matching the industrial design feel of MODEL 10 - copper-plated, triple-layered chassis - bringing both high-resolution networked music and CD/SACD to Marantz’s now reference system, and cementing its high-end audio credentials.
Let’s start with SACD 10. For all that music streaming has rocketed in popularity, there’s still a place for 5” silver discs, whether that’s good old CD or Super-Audio CD. We bet you have stacks of them at home – we certainly do! New music is still released in this format, in fact there has been a strong resurgence in CD sales. Guess there’s something reassuring about handling physical music instead of just swiping your way to the next song...
SACD 10
As the name suggests, a CD/SACD player, and Marantz’s new reference status player.

The result is exactly as Marantz intended – trademark spacious, warm and detailed musicality - easy listening personified.
And that style and substance is mirrored in the second 10 Series source, Link 10n network audio player and preamplifier.
Link 10n
The streamer of the family, Link 10n also contains an excellent preamplifier section, complete with variable gain outputs, volume and source selection and switchable MM/MC phono stage, so versatile enough to be a complete front end. It also features the best measured performance of any digital product Marantz has ever produced!

At £9,500 and £10,000 respectively, SACD 10 and Link 10n are significant investments. If coupled with MODEL 10 amplifier, the system will cost you upwards of £20k. But 10 Series is a statement of intent from Marantz; each component stands on its own merits and will slot perfectly into existing hifi systems.
