Black Friday Terms & Conditions
• The Price Lock applies to items purchased between 31st October and 6th December from petertysonelectricals.co.uk/
• If you see the price become cheaper on our site during that period, we will refund you the difference.
• For us to price match against our PT VIP price you need to be signed up as a PT VIP member.
• All claims must state your invoice number and be sent to [email protected]
• The ‘price difference’ shall be calculated from the price you paid to the new lower sale price. Only the difference will be refunded.Â
• To be eligible to apply, any products must have been purchased brand new from Peter Tyson.
• Your order must have been completed and paid in full to be eligible.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of making a claim.
• Purchases made VIA 3rd party market place sites are not eligible for the price lock.
• Peter Tyson reserves the right to withdraw Black Friday Price Lock Promise at any time without prior written notice or amend the price lock terms.
• Please note that our Black Friday Price Lock Promise does not apply to Pre Loved, Graded, Refurbished or Nearly New or Special Order items.
Here at Peter Tyson Electricals our team of experts are constantly looking at the best prices to offer our customers. If you find the same product offered at a lower price from a reputable competitor, Amazon or eBay we will try to match that price where possible.
Terms & Conditions
• Our Price Match Policy covers the matching of prices for in-stock items and excludes any clearance, open box or refurbished lines.
• Price matching is applicable when we can verify the price, product availability, and your eligibility to purchase from the competitor.
• Our commitment extends to matching prices where possible. We do not match trade prices, those exclusively to VIP or loyalty programs, or third-party marketplace seller prices.
• Exclusive discounts, such as those for staff, students, or Bluelight are not included in our price matching policy.
• To qualify for a price match, the competitor's product must share the same model number as ours and be the same specification.
• We reserve the right to refuse a price match if we are offering any value add promotions such as extended warranty, free items or interest free finance.
• Both our store and the competitor's store must have the product in stock and ready for delivery at the time of the price match request
• While we strive to provide competitive pricing, we cannot always offer a price match and reserve the right to do so at our discretion.
