The soundbar lets you enjoy Sound Field Optimization with optional speakers. Activate the simple calibration process during initial setup or from the home menu.

Immersive surround sound from a soundbar

Sony HTA3000 with 3.1 channels, three front speakers, including a centre speaker for clear dialogue, plus a built-in dual subwoofer for deep bass. With Vertical Surround Engine and S-Force PRO Front Surround, it creates virtual surround sound that comes from all around you so you can fully enjoy the thrill of Dolby Atmos® and DTS:X®.

Using front speakers only, Sony’s unique digital sound field processing technology virtually reproduces the surround sound field, with audio coming at you from both sides. You can enjoy rich, cinematic surround sound without cluttering your living space.

An optional wireless subwoofer allows a built-in dual subwoofer in the soundbar to handle bass and vocals with the optional wireless subwoofer focusing on low range sound. For even more cinematic thrills with sound directly behind you, add Sony’s optional wireless rear speakers.
