Powerful Vacuuming and Mopping
The eufy Omni C28 is a 2-in-1 robot vacuum and mop designed to provide hands-free everyday floor cleaning. It combines 15,000Pa suction power with eufy’s HydroJet™ roller mop, making it suitable for removing dust, dirt, pet hair and everyday spills from hard floors, rugs and carpets.

HydroJet™ Self-Cleaning Roller Mop
The C28 uses a self-cleaning roller mop that continuously cleans itself while it works. The roller features 24 water ports and applies 10N of downward force, equivalent to around 1kg of pressure, helping it tackle paw prints, spills and stains while reducing streaks. The roller rotates at up to 270RPM for effective floor scrubbing.

Tangle-Free Pet Hair Cleaning
eufy’s DuoSpiral™ detangling brushes are designed to prevent hair and fur from wrapping around the brushes. The system gathers and directs hair towards the suction inlet, helping reduce blockages and the need for manual brush cleaning. This makes the C28 particularly suited to homes with pets and long hair.

Intelligent Navigation
The C28 uses iPath 2.0 navigation with LDS and laser-line sensing to map its surroundings and detect obstacles. This allows it to navigate around furniture and other objects, including when cleaning in low-light conditions or underneath furniture.

All-in-One Cleaning Station
Its 5-in-1 Omni Station is designed to minimise maintenance. After cleaning, the station can empty the dust, wash the mop, refill water, collect wastewater and dry the mop with hot air. This allows the C28 to handle much of the routine cleaning and maintenance automatically.

Smart Cleaning and App Control
The C28 supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and app control, allowing users to manage cleaning remotely. It can vacuum and mop for up to 123 minutes in Standard mode, or vacuum for up to 216 minutes, depending on the cleaning configuration.

Designed for Everyday Convenience
With automated maintenance, powerful suction, self-cleaning mopping and anti-tangle brush technology, the eufy Omni C28 is designed to reduce the amount of manual work required to keep floors clean. It combines vacuuming and mopping in one robot, with the Omni Station taking care of much of the upkeep afterwards.
