Our warranty table indicates the standard warranty period supplied by each manufacturer along with where to claim your warranty, if needed.

Please note: We may run promotions and offer longer warranties than advertised below. These will be detailed on the individual product pages and will also be visible on your order invoice.

Should you wish to contact the manufacturer direct for any reason, we have also provided this information within the associated brand sections.

Warranties can only be fulfilled to goods purchased and delivered within the UK. In order for us to conduct a Warranty claim for goods taken outside of the UK, the goods will have to be returned at your own expense. Alternatively, you can make the goods available for collection at a UK address. This also applies to goods delivered to shipping companies. Subsequent to a successful warranty claim, goods can only be re-delivered to a UK address.

Free warranties provided for TVs & Appliances, are provided by the Manufacturer/Supplier, and are bound by their own individual terms and conditions. If you need further clarification, please contact us.

If you have a fault with a product, please see our Service and Returns Policy

The WF1Q8041BW washing machine features a durable inverter motor for quieter, more efficient performance. Its Delay End function lets users schedule when a wash finishes, while the Drum Clean cycle helps keep the interior fresh and hygienic. For smaller loads, the 15-minute quick wash refreshes up to 1kg of lightly soiled clothing. Built-in self-diagnostics also make it easier to identify potential faults and troubleshoot problems.
